Stories Matter

Ronda began her writing journey in 2008, starting a blog during
a pivotal year. As she navigated a difficult divorce and the depths of
depression, writing helped her make sense of her emotions. Inspired by
everyday stories of resilience and writers like Cheryl Strayed and
Elizabeth Gilbert, Ronda’s style reflects her desire to capture
life’s raw, messy parts.

Outside of writing, Ronda is passionate about wine, beagles, cooking,
and mentoring others. Driven by the core belief of taking charge of your
life and sharing opportunities with others, she owns multiple businesses.
The experiences captured in her memoir led her to become a therapist,
as she sought to help others feel less alone in their struggles.

Originally from Illinois, Ronda resides in rural East Tennessee. She
and her family are building a homestead, escaping the pressures of
modern life, and embracing a simpler, more grounded existence.
